\nThe Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc. (\u201cDuckhorn\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: NAPA) today announced that Mallard Holdco, LLC (the \u201cSelling Stockholder\u201d) intends to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering (the \u201cOffering\u201d) 6,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d). The Selling Stockholder expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions. No shares are being sold by Duckhorn. The Selling Stockholder will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.<\/p>\n
