The quarterly dividend, which remains at 14 cents a share, continues to be an important part of the Company\u2019s strategy and we believe sets us apart from our peer group.\u201d<\/em>\n      <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The relevant dates relating to the dividend are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ex-dividend date VFEX: April 12, 2023<\/li>\n<li>Ex-dividend date AIM and NYSE: April 13, 2023<\/li>\n<li>Record date: April 14, 2023<\/li>\n<li>Payment date: April 28, 2023<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Shareholders with a registered address in the UK will be paid in Sterling.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n        <strong>Caledonia&#8217;s Dividend Policy<\/strong><br \/>\n        <br \/>Caledonia&#8217;s strategy to maximise shareholder value includes a quarterly dividend policy which the Board adopted in 2014.
