To ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities, Chris will retire from the company following the filing of the Company\u2019s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\nDustin has approximately 20 years of financial leadership experience at companies primarily in the technology sector. He most recently served as the CFO of TTEC, a global customer experience technology and services provider, and as CFO of Rackspace Technology, a global cloud services provider. He has also held senior-level positions at DXC Technology, Computer Sciences Corporation and IBM.\n<\/p>\n
