Key findings and trends include:\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Consumers\u2019 definition of convenience is shifting, driving new considerations for retailers as they rethink checkout and delivery experiences.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\nShipping doesn\u2019t necessarily need to be \u201cfast,\u201d but rather, predictable. The average consumer defines \u201cfast\u201d shipping as more than three days\u2014a number that has grown as the market has recovered from pandemic restrictions.\n<\/li>\n<li>\n62% of consumers say an accurate estimated delivery date is more important than fast shipping.\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\u201cConvenience\u201d is the number one reason consumers cite for picking online shopping over in-store, with 49% selecting convenience over better prices, broader selection and getting their items delivered faster.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Retailers must strike a balance between a memorable and sustainable unboxing experience.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\nMore than 1 in 3 consumers (38%) are sustainability shoppers (those who seek or buy products based on environmentally friendly features).
