\nInnovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIP), the first and only real estate company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: IIPR) focused on the regulated U.S. cannabis industry, announced today that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2023 dividend of $1.80 per share of common stock. The common stock dividends declared for the last twelve months of $7.15 per common share represent an increase of $1.00, or 16%, over dividends declared for the prior twelve months.\n<\/p>\n

\nAdditionally, IIP announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share of IIP\u2019s 9.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe dividends are payable on April 14, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2023.\n<\/p>\n
