SWINDON, England–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Sensata Technologies<\/a> (NYSE: ST) today announced that it has been included in the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) as a member for the first time. Inclusion in the Bloomberg GEI<\/a> is a measure of the performance of public companies dedicated to reporting gender-related data across five pillars: leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and external brand. Sensata, along with 483 other companies, make up the 2023 GEI, which includes representation from 45 countries with member companies from a variety of sectors.\n<\/p>\n
