(\u201cMTMT\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE American: MTMT), today announced that it will be changing its ticker symbol from \u201cMTMT\u201d to \u201cMPU\u201d. Effective on Monday, February 6, 2023, the Company\u2019s common shares will trade on the NYSE American (NYSE AMEX) under the new symbol \u201cMPU\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very excited about changing our ticker symbol to \u201cMPU\u201d as it will more closely align with our MarsProtocol brand for our digital assets staking business,\u201d said Mr. Yucheng Hu, CEO of Mega Matrix Corp.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

No action is required by existing shareholders of the Company with respect to the ticker symbol change. The Company\u2019s common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE AMEX and the CUSIP will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n
