Working alongside leaders from around the bank, it will help identify and launch products and services that meet customers\u2019 growing sustainable financing needs, including lending and investment activities that empower communities, support inclusive growth, and help customers transition to a low-carbon economy. Prior to that he was vice president and head of ESG and Investment Stewardship with American Century Investments; vice president, ESG credit research and portfolio management with Pacific Investment Management Co. and held ESG roles at several other companies. Mascotto earned a bachelor\u2019s degree and a master\u2019s degree in international affairs from the University of Quebec at Montreal.
