By pausing the REM-001 program, the Company expects to save approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$3.0 million<\/span> through 2023 (October).<\/li>\n<li>Announced that three posters were accepted for data presentation at the 2022 Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) Annual Meeting. The 2022 SNO Annual Meeting will be held from <span class=\"xn-chron\">November 16 through November 20, 2022<\/span> in <span class=\"xn-location\">Tampa, Florida<\/span> (September).<\/li>\n<li>Received a Study May Proceed letter from the United States Food and Drug Administration to begin the Company&#8217;s 15-patient study evaluating REM-001 for the treatment of CMBC. During the quarter ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2022<\/span>, Kintara completed the sale of common shares under a purchase agreement with <span class=\"xn-person\">Lincoln Park<\/span> for net proceeds to the Company of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.9 million<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>For the three months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2022<\/span>, Kintara reported a net loss of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$4.6 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.07<\/span> per share, compared to a net loss of approximately <span class=\"xn-money\">$6.0 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.25<\/span> per share, for the three months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2021<\/span>.
