In this role, O\u2019Boyle will focus on accelerating the company\u2019s efforts to enhance customer experience and continue to improve internal operating efficiency. He will report to Matt Grove, executive vice president, president of Individual Life & Annuities and Lincoln Financial Network.\n<\/p>\n
