In light of the completion of the Domestication, Akumin is now subject to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware<\/span>. The stock symbol of Akumin on both the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange will continue to be “AKU”.<\/p>\n

The Domestication was approved by a special resolution of shareholders of Akumin passed at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2022<\/span> and subsequently by the board of directors of Akumin.<\/p>\n
