Safeguard received $5.3 million of initial cash proceeds. Additional cash proceeds may be received from the final determinations of net working capital and the resolution of various escrow contingencies.\u00a0\u00a0 Safeguard will report a gain on the sale of the Lumesis ownership interest for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.<\/p>\n
