He will continue to serve through a transition period to ensure a smooth transfer of the role of Chair\u00a0of the Board\u00a0to <span class=\"xn-person\">Brian Sharples<\/span>, who\u00a0has served on the Board\u00a0since\u00a02016. Mr. Sharples will assume the role of Chair of the Board effective <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2022<\/span>.
