The Credit Facility is comprised of a <span class=\"xn-money\">$400 million<\/span> revolving credit facility, a <span class=\"xn-money\">$300 million<\/span> term loan with a maturity in <span class=\"xn-chron\">January 2026<\/span>, inclusive of a one-year extension option, and a <span class=\"xn-money\">$500 million<\/span> term loan maturing in January 2028.\u00a0 The revolving credit facility matures in <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 2027<\/span>, inclusive of two six-month extension options.\u00a0 The facilities will bear interest pursuant to a leverage-based pricing grid ranging from 1.35% to 2.25% over the applicable adjusted term SOFR.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Balance sheet flexibility and liquidity are essential to take advantage of capital allocation opportunities in this environment,&#8221; stated <span class=\"xn-person\">Mark W.
