(Nasdaq: WTRH) today announced that on August 10, 2022, the shareholder class action lawsuit against the Company and certain of its former officers and directors, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana (Case No. 19-cv-01260-TAD-KK) in September 2019, was dismissed. The Court ruled in favor of the Company and its former officers and directors on all claims and dismissed the case with prejudice. The deadline for appeal has passed with no action from plaintiffs.\n<\/p>\n
