\nAdvance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider, today announced the departure of Michael C. Creedon, Jr., executive vice president, U.S. stores effective September 30, 2022. Mr. Creedon will be succeeded by Herman L. Word, Jr. (\u201cJunior\u201d) who has been promoted to executive vice president, U.S. stores and Carquest Independents. Mr. Word joined Advance in February 2003 and has served in his current role as Division President, Carquest North America, leading our Carquest Independents since June 2019.\n<\/p>\n
