Any units not separated will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market (the \u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbol \u201cMOBVU,\u201d and the separated Class A common stock and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cMOBV,\u201d and \u201cMOBVW,\u201d respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
