\nIt is with great sadness that Magnolia Oil & Gas Corporation (\u201cMagnolia\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: MGY) mourns the passing of former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Chazen.\n<\/p>\n

\nOn behalf of the entire Magnolia team, Chris Stavros, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, \u201cWe are greatly saddened by Steve\u2019s passing, and extend our thoughts and sympathies to his family.
