(Nasdaq: TLSA) (\u201cTiziana\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a biotechnology company enabling breakthrough immunotherapies via novel routes of drug delivery, today announces that it has been notified that Panetta Partners Limited, an entity in which Gabriele Cerrone, the Executive Chairman has a beneficial interest, purchased 29,318 common shares priced between $0.78 and $0.81 per share.<\/p>\n

The acquisition takes Mr Cerrone’s interests from 37.70% to 37.72%.<\/p>\n
