Specifically, the shareholders have approved:<\/p>\n

  1. the change of the Company\u2019s name from \u201cQ&K INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED\u201d to \u201cFLJ Group Limited\u201d; and<\/li>\n
  2. the amendment to the Company\u2019s amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of the Company to reflect the change in Company\u2019s name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Accordingly, the Company has changed its corporate name from \u201cQ&K International Group Limited\u201d to \u201cFLJ Group Limited\u201d, effective on September 13, 2022.
