(NASDAQ: ISUN) (the \u201cCompany\u201d, or \u201ciSun\u201d), a leading solar energy and clean mobility infrastructure company with 50 years of construction experience in solar, electrical and data services, announced today that Fusion Renewable has selected the company for turnkey professional, development, and EPC services.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Highlights<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\nProjects encompass interconnect applications across 3 locations in Alabama, equaling 448MWdc of solar production &#8211; enough to power over 85,000 homes.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nProject financing to be provided by Fusion Renewable.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nTotal engineering, procurement, and construction (\u2018EPC\u2019) and renewable energy credits (\u2018REC\u2019) contracts could exceed $500 million.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nProject includes a $7 million development and professional services contract, commencing immediately.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nNotice to proceed (\u2018NTP\u2019) on the first EPC project expected in 2022.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nIn April, iSun acquired the intellectual property of Oakwood Construction Services, enabling entry into the rapidly growing solar development services market. This is the second award executed by iSun\u2019s Utility division, bringing total contract awards to $8.25 million in 6 months.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cThis initiative is in line with iSun\u2019s commitment to help accelerate the adoption of clean energy at every scale, from providing EV Charging, installing residential systems to large utility-scale solar systems,\u201d commented Jeffrey Peck, iSun\u2019s Chief Executive Officer. \u201cOur acquisition of Oakwood construction in April of this year, and the launch of iSun Utility marked our initial entry into both the Utility scale sector and the professional and development services marketplace.
