The transaction is expected to close at the end of September 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFosler Construction will be part of B&amp;W\u2019s Renewable segment and will continue to be led by its Chief Executive Officer Paul Fosler, who will retain a minority ownership in the company.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFosler Construction provides commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar services and owns two community solar projects in Illinois being developed under the Illinois Solar for All program.
