\n Juan Serrano<\/span>, currently Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Healthcare Delivery, has additionally been named President of Managed Care. \u00a0Ivelisse Fernandez, currently head of Marketing and Communications, has been named Chief Growth & Customer Experience Officer. After a distinguished 36-year career in healthcare and finance, Madeline Hern\u00e1ndez-Urquiza, President of Triple-S Salud and Triple-S Advantage, will retire.<\/p>\n

As part of the planned transition, Ms. Hern\u00e1ndez-Urquiza will remain at the company until the end of October to ensure a smooth and orderly transition as Triple-S evolves its organizational structure. <\/p>\n
