\n CHICAGO<\/span>, Sept. 14, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Sierra Lake Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), a newly incorporated blank check company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00<\/span> per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and will begin trading September 15, 2021<\/span>, under the ticker symbol “SIERU.” <\/p>\n

Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-half of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50<\/span> per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable and will trade. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols “SIER” and “SIERW,” respectively. <\/p>\n

The offering is expected to close on September 17, 2021<\/span>, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

The Company is supported by an executive team led by its Executive Co-Chairmen and Directors, Richard Burke<\/span> and Kenneth L. Campbell<\/span>, and a management team led by CEO Charles Alutto<\/span>, President Scott Daum<\/span>, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary Robert Ryder<\/span>, Chief Operating Officer Ross Berner<\/span>, and board members Brenda Frank<\/span>, Alex Zoghlin<\/span> and Ivan Brockman<\/span>.<\/p>\n
