\nDocebo Inc. (NASDAQ: DCBO; TSX: DCBO) (\u201cDocebo<\/b>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d) announced today Ian Kidson\u2019s retirement as Chief Financial Officer of Docebo.\n<\/p>\n

\nSukaran Mehta, CPA, CA, ACA, Vice President of Financial Reporting, has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective immediately until a permanent replacement is named. Mr. Kidson will continue to be employed by Docebo until October 11, 2021. He will then be available on a consulting basis until December 31, 2021 to provide support as needed and ensure an orderly transition.\n<\/p>\n
