WALLINGFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nAmphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced the pricing of its offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 (the \u201cNotes\u201d). The Notes will have an interest rate of 2.200% per annum. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 14, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to repay borrowings under its U.S. commercial paper program.\n<\/p>\n
