(“Dutch Bros”) today\u00a0announced it has commenced the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 21,052,632 shares of its Class A common stock, pursuant to a registration statement\u00a0on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).\u00a0 <\/p>\n

The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $18.00<\/span> and $20.00<\/span>\u00a0<\/u>per share of Class A common stock. Dutch Bros also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,157,894 shares of Class A common stock from the Company. <\/p>\n

Dutch Bros\u00a0intends to list\u00a0its Class A common stock on The New York\u00a0 Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “BROS”. <\/p>\n
