In connection with the offering, On and the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,665,000 Class A ordinary shares to cover over-allotments. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $18.00<\/span> and $20.00<\/span> per share.
