(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cAbri\u201d) (Nasdaq:ASPAU) today announced today that, commencing September 8, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company\u2019s initial public offering completed on August 12, 2021, may elect to separately trade the shares of common stock and warrants included in such units on The Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNo fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. The common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols &#8220;ASPA&#8221; and &#8220;ASPAW,&#8221; respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol \u201cASPAU.\u201d Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer &amp; Trust Company, the Company\u2019s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into shares of Common Stock and warrants. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cASPA\u201d and \u201cASPAW\u201d respectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering.
