The dividend is payable \u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00adNovember 8, 2021, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The new quarterly rate represents an additional \u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad15 cents per share over the previous level \u2013 an increase of approximately \u00ad\u00ad17 percent.<\/p>\n
