Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbols \u201cMITA\u201d and \u201cMITAW,\u201d respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
