(NYSE: MHO) announced today the pricing of its offering of $300 million<\/span> aggregate principal amount of 3.950% senior notes due 2030 (the “New Senior Notes”) at 100% of par. The New Senior Notes will mature on February 15, 2030<\/span>. The New Senior Notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers in the United States<\/span> under Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and outside the United States<\/span> to persons other than U.S. persons in compliance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.\u00a0 The offering of the New Senior Notes has not been registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws, and the New Senior Notes may not be offered or sold in the United States<\/span> absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
