of <span class=\"xn-money\">$12.3 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.58<\/span> per diluted common share, for the three months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2021<\/span>, compared to <span class=\"xn-money\">$19.3 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.00<\/span> per diluted common share, for the three months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2020<\/span>, a decrease of 36.3%.<\/p>\n<p>Reported core earnings<sup>1<\/sup> of <span class=\"xn-money\">$3.4 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.59<\/span> per diluted common share, for the three months ended <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2021<\/span>, compared to <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.9 million<\/span>, or <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.37<\/span> per diluted common
