(NYSE American: DPW) a diversified holding company (\u201c<b>AGH<\/b>,\u201d or the \u201c<b>Company<\/b>\u201d) today announced that the Company\u2019s annual meeting of stockholders (the \u201c<b>Meeting<\/b>\u201d), scheduled as a virtual meeting format only, today at 9:00 a.m. PT was adjourned due to lack of a quorum.
