WHITE PLAINS, New York, July 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NasdaqCM: NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about August 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 2, 2021.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

This is the first cash dividend for the Company since the completion of NorthEast Community Bank\u2019s conversion from the mutual holding company form of organization to the stock holding company form of organization.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased to pay our first dividend to shareholders since the completion of our second step conversion,\u201d said Kenneth A.
