Baozun, Baotong and Cainiao have also entered into a Letter of Intent of Business Cooperation Agreement (\u201cLOI of BCA\u201d) to further explore and develop brand e-commerce opportunities.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company believes Cainiao\u2019s Investment in Baotong will help the Company to accelerate its pace to capture growing opportunities in China\u2019s e-commerce industry.
