Weiner succeeds Edward\u00a0Fitzpatrick, who has served as Genpact’s Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Fitzpatrick will remain with the company as a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Advisor, reporting to Tyagarajan, and will assist in the transition. <\/p>\n

Weiner most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National General Holdings Corp.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, Weiner has worked with Ally Financial’s GMAC Insurance unit, Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, Citigroup, KPMG LLP, and Bankers Trust Company.\u00a0 He earned a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University<\/span> and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University<\/span>. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. <\/p>\n
