Oil cash receipts for the properties underlying the Trust totaled $2.10 million<\/span> for the current month, an increase of $0.14 million<\/span> from the prior month’s distribution period.\u00a0 This increase was due to an increase in oil prices and sales volumes. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Natural gas cash receipts for the properties underlying the Trust totaled $0.15 million<\/span> for the current month, a decrease of $0.03 million<\/span> from the prior month’s distribution period.\u00a0 This decrease was due to a decrease in natural gas prices and sales volumes.<\/p>\n

Total direct operating expenses, including marketing, lease operating expenses and workover expenses, were $0.56 million<\/span> reflecting a $0.02 million<\/span> decrease from the prior month. Severance and ad valorem taxes were $0.17 million<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Capital expenditures were $0.47 million<\/span> in the current month, a decrease of $0.10 million<\/span> from the prior month.\u00a0 <\/b>Boaz Energy informed the Trust that this month’s net profits calculation included the application of ($40,000)<\/span> net to the Trust of funds previously reserved by Boaz Energy to offset capital obligations and expenses incurred during this period.\u00a0<\/p>\n
