All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the Company. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 20, 2021, under the ticker symbol \u201cHCWB\u201d. The offering is expected to close on or about July 22, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
