The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the \u201cNYSE\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cTRTL.U\u201d beginning July 20, 2021. Each unit consists of one of the Company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one of the Company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols \u201cTRTL\u201d and \u201cTRTL WS,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Barclays, Goldman Sachs &amp; Co.
