The\u00a0Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery\u00a0(CDBG-DR)\u00a0funded\u00a0program, entitled Skills for Today,\u00a0will train\u00a0low-to-moderate income individuals in occupations that will support recovery efforts and help spur economic development on the islands.\u00a0ICF will\u00a0serve as\u00a0the program’s project manager,\u00a0providing\u00a0strategic planning, stakeholder\u00a0and performance management and other services.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
