Each Unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one Public Warrant, with each Public Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A Common Stock for $11.50 per share. Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol \u201cOTECU.\u201d Shares of Class A Common Stock and the Public Warrants will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols \u201cOTEC\u201d and \u201cOTECW,\u201d respectively.
