Mrkonic<\/span> is retiring from the company’s board of directors at the end of his current term of service on Nov. 17, 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Mrkonic joined Brinker’s board of directors in September 2003<\/span> and has served as vice-chairman of the board since November 2013<\/span> and as chairman of the Compensation Committee since October 2015<\/span>. He also currently serves on the Governance and Nominating Committee.<\/p>\n
