\nGerald O\u2019Shaughnessy, the co-founder, former Chairman and second largest shareholder of GeoPark Limited (\u201cGeoPark\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: GPRK) today issued the following statement regarding the preliminary voting results from the 2021 GeoPark Annual General Meeting (\u201cthe Meeting\u201d) held today:\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWith today\u2019s vote, we believe that shareholders have sent a clear message that the status quo should not continue at GeoPark.
