In fact, <b>half of respondents want to renovate their homes\u00a0with\u00a0guest entertaining in\u00a0mind<\/b>, which can take the form of revamped outdoor spaces, additional seating areas and upgraded furniture. This number increases to 73%\u00a0for respondents with a combined household income of at least <span class=\"xn-money\">$150K<\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the return to normal routines is also driving the need for a sanctuary, with <b>70% of respondents wanting their homes to feel like a calming retreat from the busy world<\/b>.
