Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though Philips will maintain an equity stake in the company. The integration of the Philips ACG business with Connect America joins two healthcare market leaders, bringing together more than 1,500 employees, 3,000 provider partners, nearly 900,000 shared subscribers, and an estimated 10 million lives impacted.<\/p>\n
