NEW YORK, June 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. IV (NASDAQ:\u00a0MCAFU, the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 5,000,000 units at\u00a0$10.00\u00a0per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “MCAFU” beginning tomorrow,\u00a0June 30, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of common stock upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and rights are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “MCAF” and “MCAFR”, respectively.<\/p>\n

The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n

The offering is expected to close on\u00a0July 2, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
