\n SHANGHAI<\/span>, June 29, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/\u00a0— Dingdong (Cayman) Limited (“Dingdong” or the “Company”), a leading and fastest-growing on-demand e-commerce company in China<\/span>, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,072,000<\/span> American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each two representing three Class A ordinary shares of the Company, at a price of US$23.5<\/span><\/span> per ADS, for a total offering size of\u00a0US$95.7<\/span> million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. <\/p>\n

The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 29, 2021<\/span>, under the symbol “DDL.” The closing of the offering is expected to occur on July 1, 2021<\/span>, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. <\/p>\n

The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable within 30 days from the date of the final prospectus, to purchase up to an aggregate of 610,800<\/span> additional ADSs at US$23.5<\/span><\/span> per ADS.<\/p>\n

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., and Credit Suisse Securities (USA<\/span>) LLC are acting as joint bookrunners and underwriter representatives for the proposed offering. Mission Capital Management Limited is also acting as underwriter for the offering.<\/p>\n
