The Fund anticipates that it will issue a total of 4,410,276 new common shares on or about <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2021<\/span> as a result of the rights offering which closed on <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 22, 2021<\/span> (the &#8220;Expiration Date&#8221;).\u00a0 This number of new shares represents one-third of the shares outstanding immediately preceding the rights offering.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>The foregoing numbers are estimates only.
