Each unit consists of one ordinary share par value <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.0001<\/span> per share, one right to receive one tenth (1\/10) of an ordinary share and one redeemable warrant to acquire one-half an ordinary share at an exercise price of <span class=\"xn-money\">$11.50<\/span> for each whole share.
